03 · THE SHIPYARD
Established production.
New industrial backing.
Revolution yachts are built by Fujian Skywalker Yacht Co., Ltd. at its integrated production facility in Zhangzhou, near Xiamen. The yard brings composite construction, engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, interior fit-out and final commissioning together within one operation.
In August 2026, Sea Expandary acquired an 80% controlling interest in Oceanwalker. The new yacht group was founded by Richard Liu, founder and chairman of JD.com, and brings substantial financial resources to the continued development of the range, increased production capacity and international expansion.
Revolution commissions its own customised versions of the Oceanwalker range at this shipyard. Layouts, finishes, equipment packages and onboard systems are selected for European and Mediterranean owners, combining an established production platform with the flexibility to configure each yacht around its intended use.

The range combines distinctive twin-hull layouts with equipment from established marine suppliers, including Volvo Penta propulsion on the motor models and Garmin navigation equipment across the detailed schedules.
Interior design is led by Juliana Miguel, who holds a Master’s in Yacht Design from Politecnico di Milano and has more than a decade of experience in yacht interiors, space planning, materials and furniture design.
Installed equipment can vary by yacht and configuration. The written inventory remains the definitive reference for machinery, electronics, domestic systems and optional upgrades.
